TRAINING INFORMATION
Melbourne University Taekwondo Club generally hosts three training sessions each week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. All sessions are led by qualified black belt instructors and cater to a range of experience levels.
Training for the year commences on Wednesday, 4th of February 2026, and continues regularly throughout the year, subject to venue availability. Sessions are structured with a focus on either poomsae or kyrougi, allowing members to develop both technical and competitive skills.
Wednesday Training
Wednesday sessions focus on poomsae, with an emphasis on technical development and precision.

Friday Training
Friday sessions are dedicated to sparring and competition preparation. Training includes strength and conditioning, stamina development, and sparring focused exercises.

Sunday Training
